Paul Bowie, the Managing Director of the UK Office did a fair bit of research on the web for a Visitor Management system and liked EVA best partly because it did not rely upon an Apple iPad. GreenBlue Urban also have a unique requirement in that there are two companies working out of the same building with no receptionist or staff on the ground floor, and they needed a reception system that would allow visitors to select which company they are visiting as well as be able to integrate with TextMagic’s Voice Message service for calling the receptionists of the 2 companies and playing a pre-recorded voice message.
During the trial Paul worked with our Customer Success team to make their unmanned reception area more efficient by configuring EVA Receptionist to notify the correct office during the sign-in process and personalising the visitor sign-in process no matter who they were there to see, while providing a smooth and professional first point of contact.
